Handsome work! You might have trouble finding yuppies, though, I think they died out in the early 90s. Probably a few hipsters in town that would be interested, though. Hold an open house, park a fixie out front, and put a “free fair trade coffee” sign in the yard. You’ll have that place sold in an hour!
