10 years!

Yesterday Mrs. and I celebrated our 10th anniversary. I'm too damn stingy for a European vacation, so we settled for dinner at Vivo in Bellevue. (Yes, it still smells like cat wiz.) It never seems to matter what we order - it's always good, and the tab is always $130. (But worth every penny.)

Wow. I grew a foot and a half in the last ten years. Mrs. looks smarter, while my eyes now betray a more vacant, dumber look. Staying home with the kids, having them drag me to various intellectual deprivation chambers has taken its toll on me.
Ah, but the rewards. Apparently my daughter thinks she's Andy Warhol. Check out the picture she did with watercolors. Seriously...how the hell did she paint that skin tone?
