I don't "still got it"

In case anyone was wondering, I don't "still got it".  I'm out of shape physically, mentally, and spiritually.  That's what happens to the crusty old people in my age bracket.  They play golf, thinking they "still got it" because they're a 6 handicap.  They feel like they "still got it" because they can sway to a lame-ass ballad at a wedding.  Not me.  I'd rather watch TV, and admit defeat.  Law and Order, CSI Miami, Ugly Betty...load me up with junk food for my soul.  (As long as it's in HD.)  But a few weeks ago, an episode of "Gone Without a Trace" changed my life.  The episode in question was so unbelievably shitty, that it killed my appetite for TV.  So I picked up a book.  Since then, I've been reading nonstop.

Oh yeah, and that stupid dog has me walking him 30 minutes every day.  Maybe it's not too late for me?
